At the moment we service shipments to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong.

FASTER DELIVERY TIME: We have made efforts, we strive to provide faster delivery for 7 days depending on your location. Below are the approximate delivery times expected by country after you confirm your purchase. Confirmation will take place once we send you a confirmation email. However, there may be some delay depending on situations such as covid regulations, force majeure, etc.

There are different delivery methods with different shipping times and costs for you to choose. In many countries like UK, Australia, EU countries, we have managed to shorten average shipping times by 7-15 days. In addition, we occasionally launch products with free shipping. Please refer to delivery when paying.

  • If the products ordered are no longer available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund you in full as soon as possible.
  • Please double check your delivery address, because if your package does not reach you due to an address error (on your part), we will not be responsible; the same if you have not collected your package at a relay point. In these cases, you remain liable for the cost of returning the package.
  • We begin delivery upon receipt of your payment. An order entrusted to the carrier cannot be cancelled.
  • You can pay for your purchase through a secured payment gateway like Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Visa, MasterCard® , Apple Pay, Google Pay

What about customs?

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. WAY2YOU STORES LLC is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies and it is not our responsibility to notify the customer of such agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office for their procedures and any charges.

Do international packages come with a tracking number?

Yes! All packages will have a tracking number until they reach their destination. If you have a package marked as delivered but have not received it, please contact your local postal service (eg Royal Mail in the UK).

  1. Shipping location

All products are shipped from our partner’s warehouses in China, EU or USA.

  1. Shipping Guarantee

We provide shipping guarantee for our users. If we miss the delivery date (usually 30-40 days), we offer a full refund.

WAY2YOU STORES LLC offers a full refund if the order is delayed. It will be deducted from the date the package leaves our partner’s warehouse as indicated in the tracking.

Under normal circumstances, if more than 30 days.

During peak season, if more than 40 days, such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas, etc.

In unforeseen circumstances, such as epidemics, etc., the date will be different. Please pay attention to our notification email and message.

Please note that :

  1. For orders shipped to European countries, Australia, Canada, WAY2YOU STORES LLC will refund if the total shipping time exceeds 30 days.
  2. For orders shipped to other deserved countries, we will refund you if the total shipping time is more than 60 days.
  3. Order delay caused by pending delivery, such as insufficient address, unclaimed package, inability to contact the customer, etc., WAY2YOU STORES LLC will not refund you.

You can check the delivery date on this page as a reference. The date is counted from when a tracking number is created.

Please note that during peak season, such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas, etc., the date may be longer due to massive parcels and limited capacity of shipping companies. We will inform you in advance to protect your interests. Please see our refund policy for more details.

  1. Shipping method

For free delivery, we will choose the carrier at our convenience.

We may use the following couriers (but we are not obligated to use them exclusively):

Netherlands Post and Singapore Post support worldwide delivery.

UK Express: All parcels from the UK will be shipped via UK Express by default.

US Express: US Express can only ship to the United States (military base not included) via USPS. You can choose this fast shipping method when fulfilling an order.

CA Express: CA Express will only ship to Canada via Canada Post.

AU Express: AU Express will ship to Australia only by Australia Post.
